Happy Scavenger Hunt Sunday

Joining in Scavenger Hunt Sunday this week.  The prompts were...

I think that's seven cars in my rear view mirror.  Just passing the time at a red light.

This was actually a sunrise - not a sunset.  I'm not exactly a morning person.  I like my sleep!  I'm sure my husband won't believe that I took this shot.  HE'S usually the early riser in our house.

High Angle
Bejamin Franklin's grave.  People traditionally toss pennies on it.  A penny saved is a penny earned.
I wonder what they do with all of the pennies.
I'll have to remind my daughter about that saying the next time she wants to go to the mall.

Low Angle
Momma robin proud of her handiwork.

Sun Flare
General Anthony Wayne on guard at Valley Forge Park.  He has an excellent view of the sunrise each day.

Well, that's it for this week.
I always love looking at everyone's links for this challenge at Ramblings and Photos.
Have a lovely week :)

  1. Great job on your shots for this week's scavenger hunt. Love your creativity in the 'seven' shot.

  2. I am glad you clarified you were at at traffic light and not actually moving when you took your seven shot...I'd be a little worried otherwise!
Love the sunrise and sun flare picture. I was going to one of my Ben Franklin pictures but thought someone else might so I chose a different one!

  3. Hey Kathy...that 7 shot is soooo cool! Haha, and you don't have to pretend you were stopped at a red light :). And I also really like that angle on the nesting bird shot. It's like she doesn't even see you...altho we know she did!

  4. Love your sun flare picture...and seven too! So creative!

  5. Great interpretation for seven...and I love your last two shots.

  6. Love your clouds shot! It's good to see you back! Had such a great day shooting with you guys!

  7. Great the Low Angle shot.

  8. It is hard to tell sunrise from set set so I don't mind missing sunrises. My favorite -- 7, the bird looks a little snooty.

Thanks so much for stopping by. xoxo
